📞 Pre-Party Planning Call
We’ll give you a call 5–7 days before your party to go over all the exciting details! During this call, we’ll review:

Additional guests are $54 per child

We can comfortably host up to 25 guests in our studio
📌 Expected guest numbers must be confirmed during your planning call.
📌 Please send us your confirmed final guest count by the Thursday before your party by emailing ggajax@glamagalparty.com or texting 647-920-5478. Kindly include your party date and time in your message so we can match it to your booking.
📌 On party day, you’ll be charged based on your confirmed count.
✨ As a courtesy, we can remove one no-show guest from your final bill—but all other confirmed guests will be charged.
📝 Safety First!
For the safety and comfort of all guests, every child attending must have a completed online safety waiver prior to arrival.
✨ This helps us keep everyone safe while they enjoy their special day!
👟 Footwear Policy
To keep our studio clean, cozy, and spa-ready:

Please check your package details carefully on our website and if your package includes a pedicure, please remind guests to bring flip-flops or open-toe shoes to allow nails to dry.

If a pedicure is not included, guests should wear socks or bring non-slip, secure indoor shoes.

Outdoor shoes are not permitted in the studio for both children and adults.
🍕 Food & Treats
You’re welcome to bring your own food, as long as it is nut-free and consists of simple, easy-to-serve items.
To keep things running smoothly:

We kick off every party with food, served within the first 30 minutes of your celebration. Please arrive with all food items 10–15 minutes before your party start time. Late food arrivals will impact the flow and duration of your party activities.

Please bring all food items with you—we’re unable to accept food deliveries at the studio.

All food should be pre-plated and ready to serve upon arrival. Our team is focused on creating a magical experience for your guests, so we’re not able to assist with food prep or plating.

We’ll provide all plates, cups, and cutlery for the kids. If you plan to serve food or drinks to adult guests, please bring your own items, including any plates, cups, and serving supplies needed.
Guests arriving late may miss the food portion, so we recommend encouraging everyone to arrive on time!
👥 Parent Attendance
To keep the studio comfortable and enjoyable for everyone:

The host family is welcome to stay and enjoy the celebration with the guest of honour 💖

For other guests, we recommend drop-off whenever possible

We can comfortably accommodate 2–4 additional parents in the studio

Have younger guests? We can allow a few extra parents, but please note the space may feel a bit cozy.
🍽️ There’s a restaurant and an amazing donut shop right next door if parents would like to stay close by! Pickering Village is also just across the street, offering a variety of great restaurants and cozy cafés to relax and enjoy.
⏰ Arrival Times
To ensure a smooth and seamless start:

The host family should arrive 15 minutes early

All other guests should arrive 5 minutes before start time

We begin all parties promptly at the scheduled start time. To keep everything running smoothly for all our guests, we’re unable to delay the celebration for late arrivals.
