Refund policy

Payments & Changes/Cancellations to In-studio and Virtual Programs

To reserve your spot  for our in-studio or virtual parties, spa appointments or workshops, we require full payment at the time of booking. If you would like flexible payment terms, please give us a call at 905-239-4443 and we can assist you.

You can change or cancel your booking for a full refund up to 7 days before your scheduled appointment. After the 7-day window has passed, your appointment can only be rescheduled, or you may opt-in for a store credit. Exceptions can be made if government mandated lockdowns are imposed.

Our store credits do not have an expiry date and can be used for absolutely anything (spa appointments, parties, events, camps, retail items etc.).

Refund Policy for DIY Kits:

Please note that all our DIY kits are handmade. Each kit is made to order. This means your product is being made specifically for you! As such, our DIY kits are final sale. If, for some reason, you are not happy with the items in your kit, please let us know as soon as you receive it, and we will try our best to correct it.
Refund policy for regular retail items: 
For regular retail items (from our retail shelves), we have a 30-day return policy. This mean you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, ALL items (whether it's a DIY kit or regular retail item) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like our DIY kits, perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
