Shipping policy
We are pleased to offer store pickup, as well as shipping across Canada and the USA for all our retail items, DIY kits, virtual party kits and virtual event kits. We're grateful for your business and will work as quickly as possible to get your order to you.
Order Processing Times
- Retail items: these are usually available for pickup or shipping the next business day.
- DIY kits, virtual event kits and party kits - these are made to order. This means your product is being made specifically for you! Please allow 2-5 days for us to prepare your order. Orders with food items (e.g. donuts, cupcakes, hot chocolate bombs etc.) may take us longer to prepare. If you need your order urgently, please give us a call at 905-239-4443. We will try our best to accomodate your request, but it depends on current order volume.
**IMPORTANT** Most of our virtual event and party kits include spa products (sugar scrub, face masks, glitter tattoo glue etc.) and craft supplies (paint, slime ingredients etc.) which need to remain fresh. As such, we will prepare your order for pickup or shipping only 2-3 days before your event. This will ensure that items do not dry out. If you need your items sooner, please let us know in the Special Instructions section before checkout, but we cannot guarantee that the items will not dry out.

Once your order is ready for pick up, an email will be sent to you. Please bring this email when picking up your order.
When you arrive, please pull into the parking lot at the back of the building and ring the bell at our parking lot entrance to collect your order.
If you prefer no contact curbside pickup, please call 905-239-4443 upon arrival and we will bring your order out to you.
**IMPORTANT** If you are picking up someone else’s order or if someone else is picking up your order, we require an email from the person who placed the order, authorizing the pickup.
Local Delivery and Shipping
We offer flat rate local delivery and shipping.
Please enter the recipient address during checkout to determine if the address is eligible for local delivery. If "Local Delivery" does not appear as an option during checkout, you are not within our delivery zone. If you are outside our delivery zone, we will ship the items to you, using our shipping provider Canpar.
If you are booking a virtual party with us, all your party kits will be delivered/shipped to one address. You are responsible for getting the kits to your guests.
- Local delivery fees: $10-$15 depending on the distance from our store. This will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the address you enter.
- Shipping fees: a flat rate shipping fee applies to orders shipping outside our local delivery zone
- Within Ontario - $20
- All other Canadian provinces - $25
- USA - $35
- We do not ship outside of Canada and the USA at this time
Please ensure the recipient is available to receive the delivery, as we do not want the products to sit outside for too long. Some items are temperature sensitive and can get ruined if left outside for too long. Food should also not be left outside for too long for sanitary reason. All items (including food) should be stored at room temperature unless instructed otherwise by us.
If the delivery address is a condo or apartment building, delivery will be made to the lobby.
