This package is for 8 kids (including the birthday guest of honour). Additional guest fee: $54 per kid.

👥 Guest Count & Pricing
Final guest count deadline: Thursday before your party

Your party package includes 8 children, including the guest of honour.

Additional guests are $54 per child.

Our studio can accommodate up to 30 children.
Please provide your expected guest count when completing your Party Confirmation Form.
If your guest count changes: Email ggajax@glamagalparty.com with your updated final count no later than the Thursday before your party. Include your party date and time so we can identify your booking.
Important billing information:

Your final bill will be based on your confirmed guest count.

As a courtesy, we can remove one no-show guest from your final bill.

All other confirmed guests will be charged.
📝 Safety First!
Deadline: Before arriving at the studio
Every child attending must have a completed online safety waiver before their arrival.
Please share the waiver link with all invited families in advance so everyone is ready for a safe and fun celebration!
👟 Footwear Policy
To keep our studio clean, cozy and spa-ready:

If your package includes a pedicure: Guests should bring flip-flops or open-toe shoes to allow their nails to dry.

For all other packages: Guests should wear socks or bring secure, non-slip indoor shoes.

No outdoor shoes: Outdoor footwear is not permitted in the studio for children or adults.
Please check your party package details on our website to confirm whether a pedicure is included.
🍕 Food & Treats
Food arrival deadline: 10-15 minutes before your party
You're welcome to bring your own food, provided it is nut-free and consists of simple, easy-to-serve items.
To keep everything running smoothly:

First 30 minutes: Food is served at the beginning of your party. Late food arrivals may affect the flow and duration of activities.

Bring food with you: We cannot accept food deliveries at the studio.

Ready to serve: All food must arrive pre-plated. Our team cannot assist with food preparation or plating.

Children's supplies: We provide plates, cups and cutlery for the children.

Adult refreshments: If serving food or drinks to adults, please bring your own plates, cups and serving supplies.
✨ Guests arriving late may miss the food portion of the celebration, so please encourage everyone to arrive on time!
👥 Parent Attendance
To keep the studio comfortable and enjoyable for everyone:

The host family is welcome to stay and enjoy the celebration with the guest of honour. 💖

We encourage drop-off for other guests whenever possible.

We can comfortably accommodate 2-4 additional parents.

For younger guests, we can allow a few extra parents, although the space may feel a little cozy.
🍽️ There's a restaurant and a wonderful donut shop right next door for parents who would like to stay nearby. Pickering Village is also just across the street, offering a variety of restaurants and cozy cafés.

📅 Changes & Cancellations
We understand that plans can sometimes change! Please review our booking policies so you know your options.

Deadline: At least 14 days before your scheduled party
You may change or cancel your booking for a full refund up to 14 days before your party date.
✨ Rescheduling & Store Credit
Within 14 days of your scheduled party
Once the 14-day refund window has passed, refunds are no longer available. However, you may:

Reschedule your party to another available date.

Receive a store credit for the amount paid.
✨ Store Credits Never Expire! 💖
Our store credits have no expiry date and can be used toward:
