💛 Important Notes - Please Read Carefully Before Booking
1. Don't see your preferred time slot? Give us a call at 905-239-4443 and we'll do our very best to squeeze you in. We're magic like that. ✨
2. Recommended for ages 5+ We happily welcome younger kiddos too - just a heads up that little ones may not always sit perfectly still for nail polish. If you don't mind a little wiggle, we don't either!
3. Want to swap something out? No problem at all. We've got plenty of gender-neutral options and substitutes up our sleeve. Just reach out and we'll customize it to fit your crew.
4. A note for the grown-ups joining us: We are memory makers and experience creators - first and foremost, a kids spa. Our amazing team is trained to work their magic on little hands, which means we don't have aestheticians on staff and can't deliver the perfectly polished adult nails you'd get at a traditional adult salon. Most adults join us for what truly matters: the laughter, the bonding, and the moments made side by side with their cherished ones - not for flawless nails. If that sounds like your kind of experience, we can't wait to be part of it!
5. About gel, Shellac & acrylic nails: For the safety of our littlest guests, we keep harsh chemicals out of our facility wherever possible (other than for cleaning and sanitizing, of course!). That means we're not able to remove gel, Shellac, or acrylic polish - the removal process requires strong chemicals we'd rather not bring into a kids' space.
If you or your child arrives with any of these, no worries! Here are your options:
- We'll happily paint right over top, OR
- If you'd rather skip the polish (because your nails are already done!), Mom can still enjoy the soak, scrub, and hand massage - and we'll swap the nail painting portion for a fun bonus activity for your little one.
Please note: we can only remove regular nail polish.
6. Payments, Changes & Cancellations.

Booking & payment options: Our website automatically processes full payment at the time of booking. Prefer to secure your spot with a deposit instead? Just give us a call at 905-239-4443 and we'll happily set it up for you over the phone.

Changes & cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before your scheduled appointment for a full refund.

Within the 7-day window, refunds are not available. You may either reschedule your appointment OR receive a store credit - your choice.

Store credits never expire and can be used for absolutely anything we offer: spa appointments, parties, events, camps, retail items - you name it.
